Smooth thumb control for raising and lowering
Binar Handling is now launching the External Thumb Operated Handle (ETO) – an innovative lifting aid designed for smooth and safe control directly with the thumb. The ETO is developed for use with the Quick-Lift Systems™ Control Box and meets the highest standards for ergonomics, safety, and efficiency.
This lifting system is especially suitable for work environments where unintended height variations must be avoided. Thanks to intelligent control and high-quality construction, the operator experiences superior haptic feedback and full control – regardless of the load weight.

Main functions
– Handle mode, a smooth lifting operation is performed when the thumb controlled button is moved up or down
– Auto balance mode or float mode, the same smooth lifting operation is performed when the operator moves the load it self up or down.
– Electronically controlled gripping function that allows grip or release only when the weight of the work load is not affecting the end effector.
– The External handle can also be used together with control box for mechanical end effectors (part no 012846). In this case the External handle is not equipped with grip- / release valve.
– Automatic power save mode
