The NEODITECH ERGO360° assembly workstation is designed to simplify assembly and quality control of parts weighing up to 200 kg. Thanks to its full multi-angle orientation and smooth, precise movements, it enables effortless operation while improving efficiency and workplace safety.
Ergonomics are at the core of the ERGO360° workstation. Its design adapts the position of the workpiece to the operator’s needs—not the other way around. With electric actuators and an intuitive touchscreen interface, the operator can easily lift, lower, rotate, and tilt the workpiece without effort.
This makes assembly, inspection, and maintenance faster, safer, and above all more ergonomic. The ERGO360° workstation is mobile, allowing it to be easily relocated within the production area as needed.

Ergonomics built around the operator

The ERGO360° workstation allows connection of various tools and end-effectors, which can be quickly interchanged using a quick coupling system depending on the load or workpiece. The digital control unit enables position memory for different products, saving time by automatically positioning the device to pre-set locations. The system supports up to 15 programmable positions, adjustable via an LCD display.
